Getting started#
This help explains every screen of the platform β training calendar, memberships, the competition (Ice Peak Trophy / Ice Skating Trophy), finance and settings β with pictures and what happens after each change.
Use the search box on the left, or open a topic. After logging in you see more chapters: members see the member area, coaches and administrators see the management chapters.
Who uses the platform#
| Role | What they do | How they get in |
|---|---|---|
| Skater / parent (member) | books trainings, sees memberships and history | own account (register, confirm e-mail, approved by the club) |
| Coach | sees and runs trainings, confirms the weekly plan, approves members | own account marked as coach |
| Administrator | everything: calendar, members, money, competition, settings | own account with admin rights |
| Club coach / organizer of another club | registers and manages a group of skaters for the competition | no account β a personal one-time link by e-mail |
| Visitor | reads the website and the competition page, registers a skater | nothing needed |
Logging in#
- Open Login (top right of the website).
- Type your e-mail address (it is your username; staff accounts may have a short username) β capital letters do not matter; the password is case-sensitive.

You can log in only after confirming your e-mail address (see below).
Creating an account (members)#
- Register β your name, e-mail, phone, account type (I am the skater / I am responsible for a skater), preferred language, password, and the skater's name and your relationship (or your club, for club organizers).
- You receive an e-mail "Confirm your e-mail" β click the link (What happens: the address is confirmed; the club's administrators and coaches are told that a new member waits for approval).
- A coach or administrator approves the account β you get an e-mail and can book trainings.
Didn't get the e-mail? Use Resend confirmation on the "check your e-mail" page.

Language#
Every page has EN / BG at the top. E-mails are sent in each person's own language.
A test training (visitors)#
On the website, Book a test training sends the club a request with the visitor's contact details; the club answers by e-mail or phone.
Notifications on your phone#
Instead of (or besides) e-mail you can get pop-ups on your phone or computer β see Notifications & push.
